Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field from a reputable university
• At least 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a recruitment or HR-related industry
• Proficient in accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, or SAP
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with Philippine accounting standards and regulations, such as GAAP and BIR
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
