Requirements

• A Ph.D. in Civil Engineering or a related field from a reputable institution
• At least 5 years of experience in teaching, research, or industry in Civil Engineering
• Strong research and publication record in reputable journals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and teach undergraduate and graduate courses
• Experience with curriculum development and assessment
• Familiarity with engineering software and technologies
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills
