Requirements

• A Master's degree in a relevant field such as Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or Nursing
• At least 8 years of experience in healthcare quality management, with a focus on clinical governance
• Proven track record of implementing quality improvement initiatives and achieving desired outcomes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with healthcare professionals and stakeholders
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards in the Philippines and Singapore
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on achieving organizational goals
