Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on technical leadership and project management
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering high-quality products
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum
• Experience with cloud-based development tools and technologies, such as AWS or Azure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Certifications in software development, project management, or related fields are a plus
