Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or sales in the engineering industry
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing business revenue
• Strong understanding of the Philippine construction and infrastructure market
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Fluency in English and Tagalog (written and spoken)
