Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field from a reputable Philippine university
• 5+ years of experience in civil design engineering, preferably in the pharmaceutical or construction industry
• Proficiency in Autodesk AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software
• Strong understanding of local building codes, regulations, and industry standards
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, international team environment
• Fluency in English, with proficiency in Filipino (Tagalog) a plus
• Experience with BIM (Building Information Modeling) and lean construction principles a significant advantage
