Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a reputable university in the Philippines
• At least 3 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably in property development or construction
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other engineering software
• Strong understanding of Philippine building codes and regulations
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with construction management software and tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
