Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a reputable university
• At least 5 years of experience in civil works engineering, preferably in the rail or transportation industry
• Strong knowledge of Philippine building codes, standards, and regulations
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and other engineering software
• Familiarity with construction management software and tools
