Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in clinical education or training
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare standards
• Experience with curriculum development and implementation
• Certification in clinical education or training (desired)
