Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in clinical operations or a related field
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards in the Philippines
• Experience with electronic health records (EHRs) and medical billing software
• Certification in a relevant field (e.g. CNA, RN)
