Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a clinical support role, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting
• Strong understanding of medical terminology, healthcare policies, and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs) and other healthcare software
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems, processes, and technologies
