Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in marketing or community management, preferably in the financial industry
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok
• Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content for various audiences
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) and graphic design tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to track and measure campaign performance
• Familiarity with Philippine market trends and consumer behavior
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
