Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in customer service or technical support
• Proficiency in Japanese (written and spoken)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Familiarity with CRM software and technical tools
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Experience working with Japanese clients or in a multicultural environment
