About This Role

Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Proven track record of handling data privacy and account security issues
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Familiarity with data protection laws and regulations in the Philippines
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
