Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in customer service or technical support
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Familiarity with technical documentation and troubleshooting procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work on-site in Singapore, Philippines
