Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in customer service or technical support
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or related field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and technical documentation
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with ability to troubleshoot complex issues
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work on-site in our Singapore office
