Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in customer service or technical support
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or related field
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and technical documentation
- Strong analytical and technical skills, with ability to troubleshoot complex issues
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal
- Ability to work on-site in our Singapore office
