Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing and a Master's degree in Nursing Education or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in dialysis nursing and education
• Current registration with the Philippine Regulatory Commission (PRC) and a valid license to practice
• Experience in developing and implementing training programs for healthcare professionals
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse groups
• Knowledge of international dialysis standards and guidelines
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with electronic medical records and healthcare software
