Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
• Current registration with the Philippine Regulatory Commission (PRC)
• At least 3 years of experience in dialysis nursing
• Strong teaching and training skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with dialysis equipment and procedures
• Experience with curriculum development and training program evaluation
