Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in dialysis nursing, preferably in a hospital or clinical setting
• Current registration with the Philippine Professional Regulatory Board (PRB) for Nursing
• Valid BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• Strong knowledge of dialysis procedures, including hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs) and other healthcare software
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
