Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in growth marketing or a related field
• Proven track record of driving business growth through data-driven marketing strategies
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email, and paid advertising
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data analysis and interpretation
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience in creating and presenting marketing reports
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools and software, such as HubSpot or Marketo
• Experience in managing and analyzing large datasets, with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics or Excel
