Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a hospital or clinic environment
• Diploma or degree in Health and Social Care or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
• Basic life support training and certification
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
• Familiarity with electronic medical records and healthcare software
• Knowledge of infection control and safety protocols in a healthcare setting
