Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in healthcare program management or a related field
• Proven track record of managing budgets and leading cross-functional teams
• Strong understanding of the Philippine healthcare landscape and regulatory requirements
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Ability to analyze data and inform program decisions
• Experience with healthcare technology or e-commerce platforms is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as healthcare administration, public health, or business administration
