Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a healthcare-related role or as a virtual assistant
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare procedures
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs) and medical billing software
• High school diploma or equivalent, with a degree in a healthcare-related field preferred
