Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the hospitality or property management industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse personalities and cultures
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically in high-pressure situations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with experience in CRM software a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team, with strong time management and organization skills
- Familiarity with Philippine laws and regulations, particularly those related to customer service and data protection
- High school diploma or equivalent required, with some college education or certification in hospitality or a related field a plus
