Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in design and analysis, preferably in a software engineering or IT consulting company
• Strong understanding of design principles, human-centered design, and data visualization
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights to stakeholders
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and version control systems like Git
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
