Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in software development, preferably in a leadership role
• Strong technical expertise in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of developers
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with cloud-based technologies and containerization
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
