About the Company A high-performance digital asset trading firm is seeking an experienced Lead Software Developer to co-drive its next-generation electronic trading platform spanning crypto (spot and derivatives) and, over time, traditional markets including futures, commodities, and equities. Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in software development, preferably in a lead or senior developer role
• Strong technical skills in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems like Git
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to mentor and guide junior developers
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex technical issues
• Familiarity with cloud-based technologies and DevOps practices
• Experience with software development tools and technologies, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
