Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on leading teams
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, and C++
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems
• Strong understanding of software design patterns and principles
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and containerization
• Certifications in software development or related fields (e.g. AWS, Azure)
