Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software development with a focus on services-oriented architecture
• Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering complex software projects
• Strong technical expertise in Java, Spring, and Agile methodologies
• Experience with cloud-based platforms such as AWS or Azure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and containerization using Docker
• Certifications in software development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
