Requirements

• Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field from a reputable institution
• 5+ years of experience in teaching and/or industry in civil and structural engineering
• Strong understanding of curriculum development and implementation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Familiarity with educational technology and assessment tools
• Experience in mentoring and coaching students
