Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, or related field)
• 3-5 years of experience in mall engineering or a related field
• Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations in the Philippines
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with computer-aided design (CAD) software and other engineering tools
• Experience with energy management systems and sustainability initiatives
