Requirements

• Master's degree in Nursing Education or related field
• 5+ years of experience in nursing education, preferably in a leadership role
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful nursing education programs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Strong knowledge of Philippine nursing regulations and standards
• Experience with curriculum development and instructional design
• Certification in nursing education (e.g. NCLEX-RN) is a plus
