Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Medicine or related field (e.g. Nursing, Pharmacy)
• At least 2 years of experience in a medical-related field or customer service role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze medical records and make informed decisions
• Knowledge of Philippine healthcare laws and regulations
• Familiarity with medical billing and insurance claims processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
