Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in nursing education or patient care
• Strong teaching and mentoring skills, with experience in developing lesson plans and training programs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work with diverse groups
• Familiarity with healthcare industry trends and best practices in the Philippines
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Experience with project management and team leadership a plus
