Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Neonatal Nurse in a reputable hospital or healthcare facility in the Philippines
• Current registration with the Philippine Regulation Commission (PRC) as a Registered Nurse
• BLS (Basic Life Support) and NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
• Strong clinical skills, with the ability to assess and manage complex neonatal cases
• Proficiency in electronic medical records and other healthcare software
• Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays
