Requirements

• Master's degree in Nursing or related field with a focus on education
• At least 3 years of experience in nursing education or a related field
• Current registration with the Philippine Professional Regulation Commission (PRC)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and deliver engaging educational programs
• Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design
• Experience with curriculum development and implementation
