Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a nurse in a hospital or blood bank setting
• Valid license to practice as a nurse in the Philippines
• Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in supervising staff
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work with diverse stakeholders
• Knowledge of blood banking procedures and regulations, including those of the Philippine Red Cross
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with electronic medical records and blood bank management software
