Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in a nursing management role
• Current registration with the Philippine Professional Regulation Commission (PRC)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations and standards in the Philippines and Singapore
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic medical records systems
