Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a leadership role in a healthcare setting, preferably in urgent care or emergency medicine
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the Philippines
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team
• Experience with patient flow management and process improvement initiatives
• Knowledge of Philippine healthcare regulations and standards
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs) and other healthcare software
