Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a nurse in a hospital or healthcare setting
• Proven leadership skills with experience in managing nursing staff
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Knowledge of Singapore's healthcare regulations and standards
• Experience with electronic medical records and healthcare software
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from a reputable institution
• Current registration with the Philippine Regulatory Commission for Nursing
