Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a Nursing Aide or related role
• Diploma or Certificate in Nursing or related field
• Valid Philippine Nursing Aide License
• Ability to lift and move residents with assistance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of nursing procedures and protocols
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
