Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the engineering and infrastructure industry
• Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage cross-functional teams
• Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
• Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or MS Project
• Strong problem-solving skills to resolve operational issues
• Familiarity with Singapore and Philippines regulatory requirements
