Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in teaching English as a second language, preferably online
• Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field
• TEFL or TESOL certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with online teaching platforms and tools
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends and holidays
