Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or civil engineering
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices
• Excellent communication and project coordination skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders
• Familiarity with Singapore's maritime and port regulations
• Certifications in project management (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2) a plus
