Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical) or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in QC/QA engineering, preferably in the power generation industry
• In-depth knowledge of quality control and quality assurance principles and practices
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, such as ISO 9001 and Philippine Electrical Code
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
