Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RGN) in a hospital or healthcare setting
• Valid registration with the Philippine Regulatory Commission (PRC) and UK NMC registration
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
• Proven leadership skills, with experience in managing nursing staff and coordinating patient care
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on patient safety and quality care
• Familiarity with electronic patient record systems and other healthcare technologies
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments in complex situations
