Requirements

• Fresh nursing graduate or registered nurse with a valid Philippine nursing license
• 1-2 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in a call center or BPO environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and healthcare professionals
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Familiarity with healthcare software and technology, such as EMRs and telemedicine platforms
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to provide accurate medical guidance and support
• Proficiency in English and Filipino languages, both written and verbal
• Willingness to work in a hybrid setup, with a combination of on-site and remote work arrangements
