Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from a reputable institution in the Philippines
• Current registration with the Philippine Regulation Commission (PRC) as a Registered Nurse
• At least 3 years of experience in a hospital or healthcare setting, preferably in nephrology or dialysis
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
• Strong clinical skills, with the ability to assess patient needs and develop effective care plans
• Knowledge of medical terminology, pharmacology, and nursing procedures, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs) and other healthcare software, with the ability to learn new systems quickly
