Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from a reputable institution in the Philippines
• Current registration with the Philippine Regulatory Commission (PRC) as a Registered Nurse
• Minimum 3 years of experience in dialysis nursing or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks with minimal supervision
• Knowledge of dialysis equipment and procedures, including hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis
• Familiarity with electronic medical records and other healthcare software systems
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
