Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a hospital setting
• Valid Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) license to practice nursing in the Philippines
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team
• Strong knowledge of Philippine healthcare regulations and standards
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in electronic medical records systems
• Familiarity with quality improvement initiatives and patient safety protocols
